Welcome to Adventure Raptor Tours.

By making a reservation through our website or directly with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking

A reservation is confirmed only after:

  • full payment has been successfully completed via Stripe, or

  • a 30% bank deposit has been received.

Adventure Raptor Tours reserves the right to cancel an unpaid reservation.

2. Prices

We believe in complete price transparency. The final price agreed upon before confirming your booking is the price you will pay—no hidden fees, no surprises.

3. Payments

We accept:

  • secure online payment through Stripe

  • 30% bank deposit

If a deposit is selected, the remaining balance is payable upon arrival by cash or card.

4. Participation

Guests agree to:

  • arrive on time

  • follow all instructions given by the skipper or guide

  • behave responsibly throughout the tour

  • inform us before the tour of any medical condition that could affect safe participation.

Adventure Raptor Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to any person whose behaviour may endanger themselves, other guests or the crew, without refund.

5. Safety

Outdoor and marine activities involve inherent risks.

Adventure Raptor Tours takes all reasonable measures to provide a safe experience and operates in accordance with applicable Croatian regulations.

Guests are required to follow all safety instructions during the tour.

6. Liability

If Adventure Raptor Tours cancels a tour due to force majeure or unsafe weather conditions, guests are entitled to a 100% refund or the option to reschedule their booking, subject to availability.

For safety reasons, the planned route may be modified if sea or weather conditions make certain locations unsafe to visit. Any route changes are made by the skipper to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests while maintaining the best possible experience.

Guests remain responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the tour.
