Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm your reservation, you can choose one of the following payment options:

• Pay the full amount securely online via Stripe
• Pay a 30% bank deposit to secure your booking.

Reservations are confirmed only after either the full payment or the 30% deposit has been successfully received.

If you choose the 30% deposit option, the remaining 70% balance can be paid upon arrival, either by cash or card.

The duration and price may vary depending on your preferred destinations and personal preferences for Transfer, Special Occasion and Tailor made Tour.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure. In this case, your payment will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable, and the payment will be retained.

If we need to cancel your tour due to unsafe weather conditions, sea conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a 100% refund of any amount paid.

Alternatively, if possible, we will gladly offer you the option to reschedule your tour for another available date.
